The Holiday Inn Reading West is an excellent venue for conferencing within the Thames Valley area. There are 7 air conditioned conference rooms, with capacities ranging from 3 people to 200 people, seated theatre-style. The hotel can also cater for weddings of up to 150 people, as well as having a civil licence for civil ceremonies for up to 80 people. 2 of the hotel’s rooms are wheelchair accessible and suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.
The main restaurant is open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00 and is situated on the hotel’s ground floor. The hotel’s lounge area offers an extensive à la carte menu of brasserie-style meals from 11:00 to 22:00. Room service is available 24 hours a day. The bar is situated on the ground floor.
